Treasured Housing Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in St. George, Utah (EIN 41-2780125). We help individuals and families facing housing crisis from divorce, domestic abuse, displacement and housing instability. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Treasured Housing Foundation.
We only collect what we need to help you, process your gift, or answer your question.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, including donor lists. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (our website host, website security provider, donation platform and email delivery services), and only as much as they need to do that job.
Every request for help, and especially anything involving domestic violence or an unsafe home, is kept confidential. We will not share your information with anyone without your clear permission, except when the law requires it or when someone's safety is in immediate danger.
If you are worried someone may be watching your phone, computer or email, consider contacting us from a device they cannot access, and clear your browser history after your visit.
If you are in danger right now, call 911. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-800-799-7233.
